1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiquiLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

LiquiLab is a portfolio intelligence platform for concentrated liquidity positions on Flare Network. The Service provides analytics, monitoring, and insights for liquidity providers across Enosys V3 and SparkDEX V3 decentralized exchanges. LiquiLab is a read-only dashboard — we never access, hold, or move your funds.

3. Account & Authentication

To access premium features, you must create an account using email magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. You may also connect a blockchain wallet address to view your positions — this is a read-only connection and does not grant LiquiLab any control over your funds.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

LiquiLab offers subscription tiers with pricing as displayed on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval (monthly or annually).

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support@liquilab.io for refund requests.
• Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice via email.

5. Data Disclaimer

The information provided by LiquiLab is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. All data — including TVL, fees, emissions, APR, and RangeRadar™ signals — is derived from public blockchain data and third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always do your own research (DYOR) before making any financial decisions related to DeFi liquidity provision.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including RangeRadar™ (patent pending, USPTO Application No. 63/962,896, filed January 18, 2026), software, designs, text, and graphics — are owned by LiquiLab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiquiLab and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any trading or investment losses resulting from decisions made based on data provided by the Service
• Losses resulting from DeFi protocol risks, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, impermanent loss, or protocol failures
• Inaccuracies or delays in data from blockchain networks, indexers, or third-party APIs
• Service downtime, interruptions, or data loss

In no event shall LiquiLab's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@liquilab.io. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
